Seeking an analyst to work with technical and business units and during development, implementation, and enhancements of existing and new systems. Role entails all phases of the SDLC from business process analyses, evaluation of new applications, identification of system requirements, and proposing recommendations of solutions. • • Business Requirements Gathering & Process Analysis. • • Meeting Management. • • Writing Agile style requirements documentation, including User Stories, Epics, Use Cases, and where necessary, functional requirements. • • Be the voice of the business and technical units as a liaison with a variety of stakeholders, users and business areas. • • Work with various business units to ensure reporting systems meet their needs. This role is critical to the long-term success of a high profile software suite used in our business. As such we need someone who has solid experience in a *Business Analyst role in an Agile / Scrum environment*. Tool expertise needs to include: *• • Recent experience with JIRA.* *• • Microsoft Word / Excel.* *• • Microsoft Project / Visio.* Preference will be given to candidates with any or all of the following: • • Scrum Certifications. • • Data & UML modeling. • • SQL & Database Knowledge. • • Previous experience with Confluence. • • Project Management experience. • • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
