Title: Sr. Java Developer Duration: 12+ months Location: Santa Ana, CA or Cypress, CA Must have: Spring 2.5+, Hibernate 3.5+, and Web services [at least one of CXF, Axis, or Jersey] experience Job Responsibilities: This is a multi year project These individuals will be part of a team already working on this initiative. This team supports green field application development for the Business unit. Work with software development professionals building portal applications in the J2EE/Portal environment Build and manage relationships with business team to understand their goals Propose technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed those goals Engage in application architecture and design decisions Deliver a robust self-service environment for the end user community Implement/maintain a repeatable iterative software development methodology Manage SDLC processes and associated artifacts Ensure ongoing compliance with SDLC processes Communicate with stakeholders and management team on a regular basis in a concise manner Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and come up with solutions.
