The candidate should be SME in atleast two technology areas. The candidate will provide guidance to juniorconsultant and SI projects, during delivery of the project. Will also guideconsultant from other project. The candidate will be responsible for high leveldesign and various deliverables for the project. The Principle consultant isexpected to have a large breath of technology knowledge. The candidate shouldbe able to form respective opinion post discussions with the SME' s. Thecandidate should be able to create Business Cases besides creating RFP and RFIresponses. The candidate should be able to lead Proof of Concept teams todefine and prove the benefits of the new solution suggested. Expected topresent technical solutions to customer and explain the benefits of onesolution over the other. Should be willing to help the implementation team tohelp understand the solution and provide technical guidance in complex issues.Expected to provide transformation solutions in his chosen areas of expertise."
