below requirement.
JOB DURATION: 8 months
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN
Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 7-10 years
experience.
Description: Acts in a high-level technical role as a designer for major
computer applications utilizing a thorough understanding of available
technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on extremely complex problems
where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance
factors. Designs platforms, writes code, and develops tests. Leads multiple
modeling, simulations, and analysis. Acts as expert technical resource to
programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation
process. May act as project/team lead.
a.. Develop ETL processes using SSIS & DTS Packages, Stored Procedures or
Perl scripts, Windows .BAT scripts to create processes and interfaces to
applications built in MS SQL.
b.. Develop advanced queries & processes to deliver or improve; process
automation, data integrity, and adherence to business rule requirements.
c.. Communicate status as requested on assigned tasks enabling the project
to meet deliverables, schedule and budget.
d.. Maintain application documentation of processes operating within the
application and development environment.
e.. Proficient in ETL design and development using MS SQL Server T-SQL,
Stored Procedures Triggers, UDF and DTS Package tools.
f.. Strong attention to detail.
g.. Ability to exercise good judgment to make independent decisions, work
under pressure at times and produce quality results.
h.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
i.. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
j.. MS SQL Server 2005
k.. MS SQL Server 2005 Analysis Server (OLAP CUBES)
