This individual must be professional and have a proven track record of success in a fast-faced environment and dispersed development teams. Job Requirements: * Minimum 5yrs work experience in game software specification, design, development, and testing. * Must have demonstrable experience in object-oriented development using C++. * Must have demonstrable experience in object-oriented development using STL. * Must have demonstrable experience in multimedia programming such as graphics and audio. * Must have experience and understand multi-threading and real-time software architectures in a distributed system environment. * Must have experience in using TCP/IP API for communication in C++. * Must have experience developing game logic, game math, single and multiplayer game engines, and random number generation. * Must have experience implementing statistical based software programs. * Must have experience developing database applications using mainstream RDBMS such as mySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc. * Must have experience with manipulating and parsing XML based messages. * Must have experience with application performance tuning, replication, and transaction management. * Must have experience in scheduled and continuous software building utilizing Ant, Make files, scripts, and Cruise Control or any other continuous build tools. * Must have experience using development tools such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, NetBeans, IntelliJ, etc. * Must have experience developing on Windows Mobile, XP Embedded, Windows CE, Unix, Linux, Windows, and Mac OS platforms. * Must have strong trouble shooting and analysis skills. * Must have team management or leadership experience. * Experience using source control tools such as CVS, SVN, Perforce. * Experience with functional, design, and technical requirements development is a must. * Experience with application load balancing techniques and methodologies are a plus. * Experience in Web Services, SOAP, XML messaging is plus. * Experience in commercial software development is very desirable. * Experience with casino style game engine development is a plus. * Prefer experience with automated testing methodologies and tools.
