*Location   : Work from home, but requires 25% travel*

*SUMMARY OF POSITION:

*Key Function of this role is to assist in the successful delivery of
ongoing Payroll implementations at multiple locations worldwide, currently
in the Americas and Europe.  This individual is a major contributor to
ensuring timely implementation of SAP Payroll within the internal
organization.

The Payroll Admin/Analyst position will assist in making key design and
delivery decisions and is seen as a critical member of the team. This person
will also possess the experience and desire to work with both the user
community and systems integrators where required.  Candidates must have a
deep understanding of the SAP software and project implementation
methodology as well as practical experience with payroll and benefits.

*DIMENSIONS:*

Technical/tactical & strategic, IT and business/commercial representation

Consensus facilitator and technical liaise from IT resources to super-users
and business owners as well as senior management

Ongoing Data and Configuration Integrity

User training & support, User acceptance

Process Efficiency and Effectiveness elements related to payroll and
benefits

*NATURE AND SCOPE:*

   - Work with business unit Finance departments to ensure that all
   financial controls are constantly maintained or updated when configuration
   changes take place.
   - Lead process design and execute tasks related to data capture,
   cleansing, reconciliation, and import/export.
   - Create and maintain end user training materials and conduct training
   sessions as needed for employees. Monitor user adoption and acceptance.
   Determine system vs. employee behavior changes necessary to fulfill optimal
   usage and maximum benefit realization.
   - Survey, suggest and implement ongoing system modifications, phase
   upgrades, additional functionality and interfaces, consistently and
   proactively identify and drive for quick wins within Payroll.
   - Be a leader/expert in the working knowledge of the various business
   units’ Payroll processes and understand intended user responsibilities and
   the associated business partner data impacts.
   - Design and execute planned Payroll analysis dashboards/standard work.
   Assist users with both standard work and creating custom queries to support
   information needs. Execute high priority ad hoc requests for analytic
   support from management.
   - Be an accessible, value-add partner to Finance, Human Resources and IT
   functions in delivering supporting Payroll functionality on tools,
   techniques and data, including testing and validating support functionality,
   training, and ensuring integrity of software and key data inputs.
   - Support the ‘change management nature’ of Payroll implementations
   throughout the division.

*EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB:*

*Training Requirements:*

SAP Super User Certification preferred within 6 months of starting

*Experience Requirements:*

   - Prior Payroll implementation or support experience with SAP ECC 6
   experience a plus
   - Highest attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities
   of results vs. accuracy
   - Prior work as a Payroll or Benefits Practioner preferred
   - Track record of working with third party benefits providers a plus.
   - Demonstrated ability to draw accurate conclusions from quantitative
   material
   - Ability to translate analytical findings into useful information and
   suggest practical next steps
   - Self-directed. Proven ability to take initiative and deliver results
   without extensive direction
   - Self-corrective. Able to take constructive criticism/feedback and
   modify behavior, identify personal growth gaps and improve personal
   performance where appropriate
   - Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage a number of projects
   simultaneously
   - Strong written and oral communication skills
   - Strong presentation skills, able to present persuasively to all levels
   in the organization
   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and maintain
   excellent relationships with both internal and external customers;
   - Travel 25% possible with International
   - Must possess a valid Passport* *
