Person will be part of Credit Policy and will assist with technology
solutions for Basel II credit risk framework implementation not directly
related to the credit data warehouse, including:
1.Internal Default History Database (identify and archive the Bank's
comprehensive population of historical defaulted borrowers)
2.Ongoing Default Identification and Loss Data Capture (identify and capture
default, loss/recovery, and risk factor data to support rating
methodologies)
3.Rating System Monitoring & Maintenance (identify/source data attributes,
perform analytics and generate reports required to validate performance of
dual rating system)
4.Facility Rating and Exposure-at-Default Implementation (implement FR and
EAD methodology into end-user application)
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
•Experience with business process and identifying/documenting needs, working
with senior business partners for final approval
•(a Plus) Familiarity with Basel II A-IRB requirements for credit risk
framework implementation
•Ability to quickly understand numerous credit risk data source systems, and
to analyze applications and data at a detailed level (experience with
Metavante loan system a plus)
•Very clear communication skills, both written and verbal
