This is my direct client opening for *Informix Cobol/Stored Procedure
Developer- Austin, TX*. This is a 6* *months contract position. The Hourly
rate is DOE.
*Requirement*:
Skills/Experience
4+ Years: Experience in developing applications / queries using an Informix
database.
3+: Years: Experience developing and maintaining Cobol programs.
3 + Years: Experience in developing and maintaining Informix Store
Procedures.
Demonstrated Experience: Experience in reading Development Use Cases and
applying the required changes to the existing application.
Demonstrated Experience: Experience analyzing existing Cobol programs to
determine, based on the business requirements, if the program would be more
efficient re-written in a stored procedure.
Demonstrated Experience: Working in a team environment
Demonstrated Experience: Successfully completing tasks under a tight
deadline.
Demonstrated Experience: Experience in reading Development Use Cases and
applying the required changes to the existing application.
Provide copy of certificate: BS in Computer Science or related field, or
equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
