The successful candidate will possess solid software development experience. * * *Duties* ÿ Develop technical specifications from functional specifications; ÿ Code software modules based on technical specifications; ÿ Create and execute software & system tests (unit testing, integration testing, acceptance testing); ÿ Maintain previously developed product code, as required; ÿ Comply with corporate and client change management, quality management and standard operating procedures; Actively participate in quality assurance activities; ÿ Occasionally, travel to client locations to support the integration of the developed software; *Skills* ÿ Strong programming knowledge of relational databases and SQL; Oracle knowledge is preferred; ÿ Outstanding programming skills in Java or C# are needed; ÿ Thorough understanding of software project life cycle, structured programming and/or object-oriented design; ÿ Ability to consistently deliver quality work that meets established coding standards; ÿ Understand functionality provided by existing software for the purpose of enhancing it; ÿ Ability to accurately estimate development efforts; *Experience* ÿ 3+ years of programming experience designing, coding and testing software systems using integrated development environments; ÿ 2+ years experience with relational databases application development and SQL/Oracle database programming; DB administration skills a plus; ÿ Knowledge of SAP and/or automation software (DCS, SCADA) a plus; ÿ A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field is required; -- Thanks and Regards, Prabhu K.
