Please let me know if you have anyone for this position Batch Scheduler 6+ month contract New York, NY 40 per hour C2C Please send resume to [email protected] Monitor and analyze the performance and operations of a complex search, database related Batch Jobs comprised of many large Unix servers Recommends and coordinate changes, enhancements and optimizations to software configurations, automated jobs, to improve performance and stability of complex, n-tier systems environment Write Scripts that perform optimizations and automation of daily batch jobs Liaise with external groups (sysadmins, DBAs, network engineers, build team) and coordinate joint projects where necessary Train programmers-on-call how to monitor, diagnose and remedy problems Candidate should have especially strong experience with Batch monitoring. Should be well versed in Autosys. Datastage skills are also needed. Candidates need to have good knowledge in Oracle 10g/11i. Other areas, where he should be thorough include, Websphere, Java, perl and unix scripting.
