Assist development team with application integrations allowing viewing of Livelink content through a variety of sources including: SharePoint Portal, Solomon, WellDB and other home-grown oil and gas applications. Coordinated with Livelink vendor (OpenText) to tune the application to support high volume, systematic content edits (1 MM+ changes per day) without impacting day to day operations/performance. These tuning tweaks ultimately rolled into core product for all customers. Responsible for change management, patches, upgrades, vendor management and negotiation. Worked with CVision vendor with requirements for a Kofax PDF compressor plug-in derived from their primary product - CVista. This plug-in ultimately became a product for sale to other Kofax customers. Scripted jobs for collection of system usage metrics.
