Please Reply to [email protected] Need Face-to-Face interview, after initial phone screen Must be EAD, GC or Citizen Position : Technical IVR Consultant Location : Warren, NJ Duration : 3 Years Rate : $40/hr Not Negotiable Responsibilities: - Translate Customer Care IVR business objectives and customer needs into clearly written business requirements and design - Create and manage IVR call flows using Visio. - Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms. - Participate in enterprise and maintenance releases, providing business analysis support and post implementation validation testing. - Identify and propose opportunities for application improvement. Qualifications: - Experience with large scale enterprise IVR implementations and IT applications in telecom industry. - Experience with process modeling, human factors/UI design, multi-tiered architectures and creating data flow diagrams - JAD sessions or other heavy user interaction - Expert level knowledge of Visio, Power Point and SQL - Exposure to Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech technologies - Self starter, works well with others, excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines.
