*SKILLS REQUIRED:* The successful candidate will have, at minimum, the following skills: - Experience and expertise in gathering and analyzing business user requirements. - Proficiency in Java development. - Experience and expertise in SQL, including development of T/SQL queries and data manipulation. Expert knowledge of databases and relational database concepts. Experience with SQL Server 2005 required. - Experience with Windows XP operating system and the Windows 2003/2008 server environment. - Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts, including the use of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools and creation of data marts. - Ability to learn new applications and skills sets. - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. - Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with business users, management, vendors, and peers. - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Ability to complete assignments on time. - Understanding of deployment methodology concepts including design, build, testing, and deployment.
