*Duration: 2 Months* *Location: Deerfield,IL* *Rate: $52/hr* *Participates in meetings with project managers, technical support, and clients to identify and specify system requirements and processes. *Assists in providing alternative solutions and recommending the best solution based upon fact discovery and management. *Assists in the preparation of detailed specifications for policies to be written. 80% *Work with IT and Business to define SharePoint Governance requirements . *Understand the business problems and ensure solutions that adheres to best practices. *Using input from IT and the business, develop the SharePoint Goverance policy and procedures for the clients Extranet, Intranet and Internet. *Work with leadership to obtain approval for the policies and procedures *** Specialized/Practical Knowledge: **A minimum of 3 years experience in writing and setting direction for Intranet, Extranet and Internet governance policies. *A minimum of 3 years experience working with SharePoint ** Administration, configuration and customization of SharePoint including developing and implementing custom and third-party Web Parts a plus * Understanding of SharePoint Features and Solutions * Creating custom site definitions *** Management Skill: * Strong interpersonal, client service, oral, and written communications, organizational, and task management skills. * Assists with program/process administrationss *** Interaction: * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Team player and works well with all levels of management. * cross-functional interaction.
