There Is two roles one Designer and other one Is for developer Tibco Developer/Designer role guys. Tibco Developer/Designer should have the good understanding of using Experience on TIBCO. Should be able to work independently and as a part of the team. Should have good understanding of SDLC. Good interpersonal skills are mandatory. Hands on experience in TIBCO Should have hands on experience on TIBCO (work on web portal technology (Moss) a plus).
