vii. Track service orders & schedule
b. Create and store “what if” scenarios
c. Predicting resource usage forecasts
d. Maintain profile of employee competencies, etc.
e. Empowering employees to maintain their own profiles, search for and
bid on work
f. Integration with 3rd party applications is a plus
