Job Title: Senior Support Consultant – SAP CRM Location: Littleton, MA but can also be in Dallas/Irving, TX. Duration: 6+ months Summary : The Senior Support Consultant will be the lead support person for SAP CRM Service implementation customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include Percentage of Time spent on each) 1) Provides development, deployment and post-implementation support SAP CRM Service implementation Projects – 90% · Responsible for gathering requirements, facilitating business process discussions, solution design and documentation, implementation and testing. · Facilitates cross-functional team activities · Troubleshoots both technical and process issues with current implementation and proposes solution options · Develops technical specifications for development team · Interfaces with Global Support team for global process issues 2) Provides mentoring for junior team members – 5% · Identifies and shares SAP best practices with team 3) Provides timely and accurate status information to management – 5% Prerequisites a) Education: Bachelors in Computer Science b) Experience: § Experience working directly with a divergent user community § 5+ years experience providing IT consulting or support services § 5+ years experience implementing SAP technology projects § 3+ years experience with SAP CRM Customer Service § 3+ years experience with SAM CRM Sales § 3+ years experience with SAM CRM Middleware § Hands-on experience with current SAP versions ECC 5.0 or 6.0 § Hands-on experience with SAP CRM 2007 § Experience working with SAP CRM Customer Self Service § SAP Sales and Distribution module experience is a plus § Experience working with Japanese companies is a plus c) Certifications, Licenses, etc.: Specialized Knowledge and Skills a) Language Skills: § Multi-language knowledge (especially Japanese) is a plus § Strong written and verbal communication skills. b) Mathematical Skills: c) Reasoning Skills: Regards, Satish Kalasi Technical Recruiter JSB-Tech LLC Phone # 51...
