Visual Basic or other standard tools 10% Document process, procedures and Work Instructions for maintaining, running and administering reporting processes Train others to execute processes 10% Conduct Project related tasks - planning, developing / statusing project plans, dashboards, status reports, budgets *Specialized/Practical Knowledge:* *Knowledge & experience with Crystal Reporting, Excel, Visual Basic, SQL, database concepts, ITSM, Report Design** SAP Business and Functional experience a plus. ITIL Certified * *Management Skill:* Project Management Skills to ensure all deliverables are on time, within budget and of high quality Strong verbal and writing skills in order to effectively communicate information to Clients, internal team members, and technical report development staff *Interaction:* Interviewing, collaborating with individuals and groups about their needs asking the right questions to identify essential requirements information Will interact with both with the Clients *Complexity/Problem Solving:* Analytical skills are needed, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements Must be able to develop solutions that support standards, are repeatable and scalable.
