Thanks & have a great day!! *Position Title: IVR Voice XML (VXML) Developer * This role will contribute to SunTrust’s success by helping to design, implement, and document core enterprise IVR systems in support of our award winning Contact Center organizations. Be part of a team that reacts quickly to the needs of a fast paced business environment while supporting a large call volume and business critical IVR application suite. We are in need of an experienced IVR Developer that takes initiative, interacts well with internal/external business partners, and is self motivated to continue building his/her skills and leadership capabilities. *Essential Skills: *We are looking for a strong, motivated IVR developer to join our Contact Center Solutions group that is responsible for the design, development and implementation of IVR solutions. The ideal individual will have the following responsibilities. Define, implement and maintain IVR Development processes and methodologies, including proactive analysis of data to identify areas of opportunity for coding enhancements Develop new IVR flows and applications as well as maintain existing flows and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the IVR applications and flows. Prepares cost and time estimates on designated efforts. When acting as project leader, prepares project plans and contingency plans, and monitors and controls project activities against these plans. Maintains knowledge of and complies with the IT Department’s standards, policies, and practices concerning quality assurance, data security, project management methodology and disaster recovery. Audits own performance and recommends own objectives and standards of performance. Works concurrently on multiple high-level, complex projects. Maintains flexibility to perform multiple tasks effectively for all areas of specialization on a dynamic basis. Interact with vendors and internal partner groups as part of support activities and new project implementations *Required Skills *• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required • Communication, organization skills, time management, demonstrated leadership skills, coaching and development, conflict resolution • Minimum of 5 years developing IVR solutions. Preferred knowledge of Avaya Voice Portal • Advanced knowledge of CTI, IVR, call recording and workforce management technologies.
