Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing detailed planning, managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects. Define the phase deliverables, track milestones and project costs, schedule roles and resources, evaluate risks and recommend contingency plans. Manage the development of the technical strategy. Assign resources and tasks, manage quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, develop standards, change control, client support, and compliance with all policies and procedures. Able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD and DRP sessions This position is for a Program Manager responsible for supporting the Call Center CRM Technology team and is accountable to the System Analyst Manager. This position works closely with management, development and system analysts both within and across organizations and is also responsible for managing the client relationships. Candidate will be part of an application development team that supports multiple products for multiple business clients within the firm. The role requires involvement in every phase of the project lifecycle and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. During envisioning the PM will assure that scope is clearly defined, gather estimates and track the approval process. Once approved, they will see that funding is secured, business requirements are delivered and reviewed. They will work to schedule the project within a predefined release schedule and assure that all milestones are met including system specification, development, testing, sign off and implementation. These activities will need to be coordinated with other groups and will require use of various tracking systems. As the owner of the budget, the Program Manager must track the budget against the actuals and adjust accordingly. The PM is responsible for risk and issue management as well as all communications and meetings related to the project. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management. PMI certification is required. Experience in CRM Technology, Financial Services and/or Call Center business environments is desirable. This position requires an analytical person who works well in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
