*Jacksonville**, FL* *9 month contract* ** Rate: $25/hour (might be able to go up a few dollars for the right person – must be a perfect fit to do so. Individual must possess knowledge of multiple test discipline methodologies; test strategies and plans, be actively involved in requirements, design, and both internal and external project phase reviews, provide forecasts and estimates, team capacity planning, and daily test status reporting. Individual must possess knowledge of health care claims processing both the business process and technical design. Individual should be able to lead the team by creating test project plans, measuring progression against test milestones, and by creating both daily status reports and Test Evaluation Summaries. Candidates must be able to identify and implement process improvements; additionally, identify and mitigate risk. This person must have extensive experience as a QA Analyst/Tester. They will often be in a lead position – communication skills MUST BE excellent. They MUST have experience testing Claims Systems (Diamond or facets). Automation experience – this person does not need to actually automate a process but they need to know WHEN to automate a process. For example, if they are doing the same thing for 2 hours everyday for a week, they need to tell the automated tester on the team to automate the process for that task. This person needs to be able to develop test plans, delegate tasks, review test metrics and make conclusions/decisions based on the metrics. Personality is key – this person must have initiative, ba able to delegate and give advice, be confident in their abilities, and be proactive.
