Assists in the testing of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents and works to resolve basic problems. Reports progress on problem resolution to management. Sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify them to start in quality assurance analysis. 6 - 8 years experience. Responsible for helping to lead,coordiante and execute end to end testing for complex cross-functional project Work in a team environment on a fast paced large sale project to help plan and execute all testing activities. Learn detailed business process and develop /write detailed test scenarios,test cases,and expected results. Execute testing and document all actual results Lead and facilitate testing sessions across multiple remote group and document all minutes Manage defects and defect resolution proces Develop test Plans and planning cycles Skill Sets: *Required:* Business Objects Hardware Laboratory Software *Desired:* BS Degree *Required Qualifications* 1. Extensive Testing Skills. Case Scenerios 6-8 Years 2. Data Warehousing/Toad/SQL & understanding of concepts 3. End to tend project lifestyle experience & ability to multi task. 4. Strong communication skills 5. Ability to facilitate meetings . Work independently and provide status to senior management. 6.
