Role: Project Manager Duration : 4+Months, Location : Brookfield, WI Activities: Scope: Project Manager is assigned to the Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for ensuring prioritization of project work remains aligned with the constraints defined for the project. Oversees multiple projects or one larger project across multiple application areas, which often requires considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, third party vendors and other internal departments. In this role you will use your strong analytical problem solving skills to proactively identify business process improvement opportunities and drive for common understanding. You will foster productive partnerships, build/motivate effective teams and manage through ambiguity to achieve project/organization goals. You must have a successful track record of understanding complex organizational dynamics and its impact on projects. Responsibilities and Duties: • Project Managers are responsible for all coordination activities surrounding a project from its inception to completion. • Facilitates the implementation of and participates in the standard Project Management governance processes defined by the organization. • Responsible for defining workflows and ensuring resources are on task while working with those resources to mitigate project risk. • Identifying, tracking and maintaining project issue, risk and resolution log, and managing escalations as appropriate. • Resource tracking and monitoring including budget versus actual reporting. Provides project level reporting to stakeholders, including project dashboards and stoplight reporting.
