Due to an unprecedented period of growth, we have a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity in the SACRAMENTO, CA area for a SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD. ** Required Skills: * ALL Candidates must have experience leading, supervising and managing mid to large sized application development teams. * Technical experience includes designing and building user interfaces for large scale custom web-based J2EE applications * Experience with developing user interface standards and templates * 5+ years of J2EE development in an AIX or UNIX platform. * Projects involving migrating legacy code from COBOL/CICS, or Assembler is a plus. * Excellent knowledge of CSS, HTML, Java Script, JSP and JSF technologies * Utilizes various graphical tools and technologies to transform graphical concepts into specific applications. * Uses appropriate pixel and vector based images, typography, live text, Web safe colors, image scanning, and form elements to support the application and quality of the product. * Collaborates with developers on Web design and delivery of graphical content to end users * Must be organized, detail oriented and able to solve problems *Experience working with public sector projects highly desirable ** Candidates must be detail oriented and possess the ability to problem solve and work within a teamwork environment.
