Description Position Description ** This Systems Analyst will be expected to work with our clients DBAs and other team members, and bring in a different perspective to conversion architecture. This person will be assisting in issue resolution, performance tuning in DB2, design for components on the z/OS platform, and design of the end to end flow of conversion to maximize throughput on z/OS and in DB2. ** Qualifications - 8-10+ Years of IT and Consulting experience - Strong experience in DB2 on z/OS as a DBA, DBSA, Systems programmer, or Developer with a strong focus in DB2 development. - Strong experience in performance tuning for large scale batch jobs running under DB2. - Previous experience with multiple conversions with source and or target databases in DB2 on z/OS. - Ability to work with multiple teams and develop technical documentation. - Experience with designing complex job flows for large scale data movement.
