7+ years of software development experience required. 5+ years of Java programming experience required. 2+ years of team lead experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Project and maintaining project schedules 4+ years of J2EE/EJB experience required 3+ years of WebLogic and/or JBoss preferred. 3+ years of experience with web technologies required (JSP, struts, JSF, AJAX, etc.) 4+ years of Oracle RDBMS experience required. 3+ years of UNIX development required; Solaris preferred. Experience with JBuilder and/or Eclipse preferred Experience using PL/SQL is a plus. Experience with VB/C++ would be a plus Excellent communications and writing skills. Experience with UML modeling tools and the use of design patterns. Ability to operate in a team environment and under tight deadlines. Experience with JUnit testing. Knowledge of Unix Scripting, ant files, Java Script would be a plus.
