*Job Description :* Senior SharePoint Architect for a short term contract. This person should be able to work independently with users and executives to expand the use of SharePoint to address business issues. They will need the desire to stay abreast of the latest functionality and techniques that can be used to expand the use of SharePoint and integrate it into company's infrastructure. Summary of Principal Functions: • Supports the company's SharePoint-based Internet, intranet and extranet environments. • Designs and develops Web-based .NET solutions for business applications. • Designs and develops SharePoint and InfoPath based solutions for business applications. • Participates in design and code walk-through for review and incorporate feedback into design and code artifacts. • Work with team members to identify potential risks in application design and delivery. • Document interfaces and other design deliverables based on the project delivery methodology Specific Responsibilities (in priority order): • Assist with the architecture and administration of the SharePoint environment • Design, develop and deploy SharePoint-based business solutions • Design, develop and deploy web parts • Understand and utilize MOSS 2007 System features and capabilities (content management, workflow, etc) • Understand, initiate and refine SharePoint Backup and Restore procedures • Applications Deployment using SharePoint • AD Integration and using extranet within SharePoint • Analyze business needs with executives and users Experience Needed: • 3+ years hands-on experience developing enterprise applications and web solutions with the Microsoft .NET Framework (2.0/3.0 C# preferred) • 3+ years hands-on configuration/administration/development experience with MOSS 2007 • Extensive experience with: o SharePoint Designer o Visual Studio 2005 o SQL Server 2000/2005 o Windows Server 2003 o ISA Server 2006 o Team Foundation Server • Hands-on skills to build SharePoint solutions and install them into a stable production environment • Full project development life cycle experience. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Ability to effectively gather, understand and document user requirements translating them into precise technical requirements Thanks Nancy Amtex Systems Inc [EMAIL PROTECTED] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
