Perform Implementation Revenue accounting systems Evaluate impact of cross-divisional company projects on Revenue Accounting systems and processes. Communicate with Revenue Accounting & Credit business users, and IT and other company divisions to ensure common understanding of project issues. Utilize successful Business Analysis techniques; recommend or establish critical project milestones and assess completion of the work to ensure successful project implementation. Work with Revenue Accounting end-users and IT to develop and implement new processes & procedures. Test new systems and procedures, including developing test plans and test scripts, and evaluating the results of tests, to ensure timely and accurate accounting of transactions. Troubleshoot and assist in quickly identifying and resolving system production issues. Identify root cause of the issue and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences. Respond to business user questions regarding system handling of specific scenarios / transactions. Develop reports and queries both routine automated reports and ad hoc.
