Cash Management experience - 5 years Need someone out of Banking with Cash Management / Commercial systems devleopment exposure. Able to manage projects. Responsible for managing issues list, project plan and status reports. Create all documentation and follow through on outstanding issues. Preferred Skills and Number of Years Experience:* Able to put together project plans using Microsoft project. Required Education:* BA or work experience ¿Works independently to deliver project results, usually managing several projects at the same time or one project of a highly complex nature. Has responsibility for all people management activities. Demonstrates depth and breadth of technical knowledge; capable of making technical decisions. ¿Personally participates in leading problem resolution for particularly complex problems. Manages all phases of the project life cycle. Understands all aspects of systems design and analysis. ¿Builds relationships with business unit clients; participates in discussions relating to business issues and how to leverage technology solutions. Demonstrates the ability to market and communicate technology decisions. Experienced in project management methodology and activities including estimating costs, project scheduling and resource allocation. ¿May provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced managers; may have responsibility for managing less experienced managers. Project management experience, including people management, has been extensive (usually more than ten years) and diverse.
