Location: NC Here are some basics: - Functional PeopleSoft Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Management expert (this all used to be called eRecruit) with experience from Multiple *eRecruit/CG/TAM implementations*. - At least 1 implementation of version 8.9 or higher. - Experience with a retail implementation preferred. - Excellent leadership skills in order to lead the business through the planning, design and implementation process. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
