Required skills: 1-2 years experience w/ configuring and setting up Siebel CTI/Avaya. 1-2 years experience w/ configuring Trillium 11 for a Siebel implementation. 2-3 years experience w/ Siebel Tools, eScripts and browser scripting. Strong business process skills. Experience with Siebel UDQ and Trillium 11 is a must.
