Since this is a Senior position, the candidate must also be able to oversee the coding, work independently and attend meetings with the BA’s and DA’s. One of the biggest keys here is that the candidates need to be able to say what they have DONE with the tools, not just that they have experience with them!!! They need to be able to say HOW they used the product and how they made the product work!!
