* **Description Key:* MUST be an SAP Portal KM technical resource. *Interview Process:* Mgr is open to interview this Thurs or Friday and start ASAP. *Responsibilities:* · Delivers a service on time, within budget, while meeting the client's expectations. · Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of departmental technology services to achieve the goals or objectives of services within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. · Shares responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to technology services for a given business unit. · Aligns service delivery goals with business objectives. Monitors service delivery activities. This position reports to the Enterprise Business Intelligence Program Manager. a) migrating existing SAP BI reports from a web environment to the *SAP Federated Portal *environment, \(b) setting up *SAP Portal Knowledge Management* and Collaboration to support documentation and user networks, (c) delivering dashboards created via *SAP Web Application Designer* on the SAP Portal. This position will be responsible from delivering the *SAP Portal solution*for the *Supply Chain BI* content from scoping and requirements gathering to user acceptance testing and delivery. *SAP Portal technical knowledge* including *Knowledge Management and Collaboration*, experience with *Federated environment are a must*. Project Management Certification (PMP), and Lean Six Sigma Certification are preferred. Good communication skills are a must.
