We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems while contributing new ideas and techniques leading to continuous improvement for the team. Candidates will work on a team of approximately eight people with an on call rotation. Performance is measured on individual as well as team results. Responsibilities Build, operate, scale, and troubleshoot our SaaS infrastructure. Provide operations coverage as part of an on-call pager rotation. Work with other teams to make sure that the infrastructure and the applications that depend on it work harmoniously together. Support other teams infrastructure needs on an as-needed basis. Write tools for systems and infrastructure automation. Collect and report on operational metrics for SLA reporting and capacity planning. Monitor the health of our production infrastructure.
