Our Client is in need of candidates who have experience working as a Test Architect with the following skills. * Role: Test Architect/ QA Architect* Location: CT, GA, OH Duration: 6months+ Rate: Best A Test Architect is NOT a test lead who has experience leading a few teams on a project or someone who has done some of this on a project here or there. I need top level talent for this. Location: 1 will be CT, balance nationwide depending on WellPoint locations (CA, GA, OH etc) 1. Seasoned testing professional with experience establishing testing from the ground up on large-scale, enterprise wide projects/programs 2. Successfully engineered/developed testing strategy, design and planning for said programs 3. Managed concurrently efforts in the system test, UAT and End-To-End space. 4. Apply corporate standards to the program 5. Developed a defect management process when one does not exist, considering a diverse group of teams with different levels of maturity. 6. Understands test data and how to acquire and apply TDM principles to testing 7. Expert in Regression and Automation strategy and execution 8. Leverage "tools" when needed 9. Has experience interfacing, influencing and "standing up" to Senior Leadership (both IT and the Business)! 10. OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION SKILLS are a must.
