*Position: Software Devloper:Identity & Access Mgmt Developer Duration:6 Months * *Location: Boston,MA * Rate Open *Responsibilities:* 1. Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Experience with working with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones in different cultures. 2. Identify, isolate and resolve malfunctions related to software. Consult with IS staff and users on technical issues relating to systems 3. Lead/participate in projects; liaise with the functional and user teams. Develop a working knowledge of Staples Identity Management business processes and system environment 4. Support 24x7 global environments. Ensure availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency. Assist in the resolution of complex problems in support of production. 5. Perform core application tasks including software installation, upgrades, patching maintenance and application, backup and recovery, space management, partition maintenance, and object reorganization. 6. Support the system development environments and instances. 7. Ensure the recoverability of all production data for operational and business continuity needs 8. Manage and monitor SLAs for uptime and performance of Oracle Financials Application 9. Perform administrative duties, including training, staff meetings, status reports, etc *Requirements:* 1. 5+ years experience Identity and Access Management with a minimum of 3 years experience with SUN Identity Manager. Must have also worked on the Workflow and forms development and customization. 2. 3-4 years experience in JAVA and scripting languages like Perl, as well as Unix/Linux 3. 3-4 years experience with Directory Server fundamentals, LDAP, Oracle and/or MySQL 4. Must be proficient in Xpress language and XML fundamentals and must be able to build and maintain the Sun Identity Manager solution which includes integrating Sun IdM with PeopleSoft, LDAP directory (SUN One and Active Directory), AS400 and other custom applications and other services to manage the identity lifecycle across the enterprise. 5. Experienced in integration of SUN IDM with different data repository like PeopleSoft, Active Directory AS400 systems, other LDAP directories. 6. Experience supporting complex directory service, Identity and Access Management (SSO) environments on a global scale. 7. Experience with Access management tools such as Sun Access Manager is a plus. 8. Strong customer focus and communication skills 9. Experience working in Sarbanes-Oxley controlled environment 10.
