*Background*: Mimimum 7 years of DataStage ETL and Data Warehousing Development Please share profiles to *vadi...@confabsystems.com* *Exposure:* Gather and Prepare User requirements, Develop DataStage ETL Solutions, Co-ordinate user testing and provide production support. *Role*: The position of Senior ETL Datastage / Analyst is for an IT professional that has over 7 years of IT experience and 7 years of experience in data warehousing, design and development of data movement and data transformation programs using *DataStage 7.5*. The applicant should have an in-depth working experience on *relational databases such as Oracle 9i/10g.* *Location*: South NJ *Duration*: longterm , Contract to hire Need GC or US Citizen Expertise in • Building Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Solutions • Strong Analytical and problem solving abilities Technology • Expert in designing and developing the ETL processes using DataStage 7.5 under UNIX and Oracle 9i/10g environment • In depth experience with client server applications and architectures • On hand experience in Oracle 9i/10g • Experience with ERWIN data modeling tool or equivalent tools • Proficiency with the UNIX (AIX or Linux or Sun Solaris) operating systems • Experience with UNIX shell scripting • Experience with DataStage Parallel Extender (PX) • Experience with DataStage Administration • Oracle SQL tuning experience • Good Communicator (Oral and Written) • Previous work experience with Off-shore resources is an advantage. *Interview process*: Telephonic screening followed by in person interview.
