*Candidate must possess all the skills…..*
*ROLE:* Business/Process Analyst
*LOCATION:* Minneapolis, MN
*DURATION:* 3-6 months
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
1. Review the blottering processes performed by the three business areas to
identify opportunities for increased consistency and efficiency.
2. Perform reconciliation activities for all three business areas to
identify instances where blottering did not occur.
3. Participate in ongoing project meetings with the intent of improving the
processes and systems associated with blottering activities.
4. Facilitate (with assistance from business areas) the next quarterly
mailing of check and stock certificate letters to clients (i.e. ensure that
letters are accurate, distributed on time, etc.).
5. Develop new and/or revise existing standard operating procedures as
necessary.
*REQUIRED:*
Financial services experience. Strong analytical, organization, and process
improvement skills. Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to take
disparate pieces and define a work-able solution. Strong written and oral
communication skills. Ability to work across the organization and to
interface with different levels. Must be self-directed.
*PREFERRED:*
Experience working in a broker/dealer organization.
