Minimum of Eight (8) years direct experience in diagnosing and solving problems with wide area networks and LANs utilizing TCP/IP, RIP2, OSPF, spanning tree protocol, MPLS, VLANS and IPSEC Tunneling. 3. Eight (8) years direct experience in managing, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches, routers and firewalls. 4. Five (5) years direct experience in managing, configuring and troubleshooting Nortel switches and routers. 5. Five (5) years direct experience in managing, configuring and troubleshooting Juniper (Netscreen) firewalls. 6. Five (5) years direct experience in utilizing Sniffer protocol analyzer/nGenius Infinistream to troubleshoot application and network problems. 7. Five (5) years direct experience in utilizing ApplicationVantage protocol analyzer to troubleshoot application and network problems. 8. One (1) year direct experience in utilizing ClientVantage Agentless to troubleshoot application and network problems. 9.
