Program Lead - Mason, OH Duration: 3+ Months Job Description: - Communicates the return on investment and value derived from establishing automation platforms and mentors staff in testing and product quality processes. - Leads the establishment of quality architecture as business and technical conditions change to assure quality and defines, monitors and collects testing /product quality data. - Communicates to executives the resource and process needs to ensure quality in functional features, performance and service requirements/ components. - Establishes new and improved testing methods to improve overall quality processes and delivery of quality products. - Ensures a team review of defects in assessing product quality and a facilitated review of applications for testing needs and requirements/ design quality. - Consults to executives and business leaders regarding testing and quality. - May participate in the transition of software and systems into production. - Plans, prepares and executes test assets and executes linkage from test plan to test scenarios and cases.
