Will also lead a team of Senior and mid-level Software Engineers *Experience:* 1. *Must have ** 7-10 years of Java development and at least 2 years of developing against the Spring platform and it’s modules in* *Financial Services vertica*l (*Trade Processing) is HUGE* · Ability to look at bigger picture and come up with solutions encompassing various aspects of software/product life cycle** · Experience in incremental delivery and agile development approaches (preferably with SCRUM). 2. 5+ years Hands-on design, architecture and implementation experience with J2EE and related platform technologies(Spring, JMS, JMX,) · Create designs and technical specifications for developers to code employing coding standards, software integration and unit testing using appropriate design patterns and approaches.. · Write design specifications, programming specifications, and documentation · Contributing to the overall application design and key functional areas. · Identifying areas of code quality improvements (code analysis, optimization and profiling). 3. *Architecture Stack includes :* · *Enterprise Java features such as (JAAS, JMS, JTA)* · *Web development framework experience using either Spring MVC or GWT.* · * Development of Web and/or applications development using Java 1.5 and later, utilising the newer Java features (generics, annotations, enumerators etc).* · *A detailed understanding of Objected Orientated methodologies and of code reuse.* · *Experience in troubleshooting using profilers and other toolsets to resolve performance issues, memory leaks, and other real-time issues.* 4. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 6.
