Be proficient with the IBM Cognos v8 development tool suite. 2. Be fully capable of developing OLAP cubes, frameworks, and reports at the direction of the Data Delivery Team Lead and/or the BI Project Manager. 3. Have extensive experience in the design and development of OLAP functionality. 4. Be proficient with SQL. 5.
