<[email protected]> *Location: Road Warriors - Remote* *Role: SAP – Lead PMO* *Duration: Ongoing contract assignment or contract to hire opportunity* * * *Position Summary* The Lead PMO position of a $50 million SAP Program is a program leadership position in the Program Management Office (PMO), broadly accountable for providing senior-level leadership, strategic planning, guidance, and management support to the SAP Program leaders. Works with the Principal Project Managers and Project Managers to ensure all project related activities are aligned with a consistent message and direction. Establishes and maintains a working relationship with Business Clients, COE leads and other programs/projects. Works well in a collaborative environment with peers and stakeholders. Demonstrates the ability to make decisions and communicates clearly to the team and stakeholders. Demonstrates problem solving capabilities and facilitates clear and concise communication skills to ensure understanding and integration. Demonstrates analytical thinking and logical analysis in all aspects of the position. Demonstrates and encourages initiative and innovative thinking in problem resolution, project planning and all areas of the position.
