The candidate will be responsible for managing the following critical functions: *Responsibilities:* * Key Communicator for Testing organization: Able to lead executive meetings and convey the vision of the Test Manager and Director * Key Communicator for Testing organization: Ability to analyze project documentation and lead JAD sessions to determine and communicate test strategy and approach * Key Communicator for Testing organization: Highly effective communicator, able to clearly communicate to executive stakeholders and articulate the testing needs to a diverse cross functional delivery team. this may involved preparing presentations, documents, and speaking with small or large groups to facilitate consensus and agreement on testing scope, schedules, and delivery * Test Strategy/Plan Development (across a diverse set of projects within a Health Insurance Book of Business * Test Project Management. Management of the Testing Lifecycle from Strategy and Planning through execution and Delivery * Managing Test Lifecycle and its Documentation, Test Plans, Test Cases, Testing Reports * Develops and executes formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality applications. * Participates in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution. * Testing may include application, network, system and user acceptance testing. * Defect Management Defect Reports and Defect Metrics Reporting * Working closely with the Test Manager and Project Teams to provide insight on the status of testing from planning through execution and delivery * Wording closely with the Test Manager to insure Testing Center of Excellent best practices are deployed within the daily work stream and projects assigned. * Strong Test Lead/Management Experience at a program level including managing at least one to two project test streams at the same time. * Extensive Health Care Payer Testing Experience including strong Blue Cross Blue Shield Testing Experience. * NASCO Testing experience a strong plus * Strong Health Care Claims, Remittance and Enrollment and Billing experience also required.
