Need a Data Conversion Lead per the details below. Key Skills Required: Must have proven experience leading a large scale enterprise data conversion into SAP (Material Master (MM), Classifications, BOMs, SD Pricing). Experience leading a Business and Engineering focused team to perform data analysis, data mapping, business rules validation and mapping, development, loading and validation efforts from a 3rd party system to SAP ECC, for product/pricing data, attributes and domain data. Experience in SAP data conversion technologies LSMW, IDOC/ALE, eCATT, WinShuttle. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Solid understanding of software architectures, software development life cycle and Microsoft products. Desired Skills: Business rules authoring and rules engine experience beneficial. Technical background in SAP ABAP Programming beneficial. Experience writing SQL queries and extracting data from SQL Server databases for conversion purposes beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Own, manage and deliver the data conversion deliverables. Lead data conversion design workshops with the business, engineering analyst, development and test teams. Lead and execute multiple test conversions and validations in test systems with the business team prior to production data conversion. Create a Data Conversion Plan and specifications and acquire signoff from the project and business teams. Manage the execution of the end to end data conversion test cycles. Create training and knowledge transfer deliverables for the conversion process. Manage the Data Conversion activities for production go-live.
