*Title:* *Oracle HCM*  - *Business Analyst*

*Location*: Houston, TX

*Reports to*: HCM Manager



*Candidate Must Have*:



·         Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering or
related technical field from a four-year accredited university

·         3 years of recent experience supporting all aspects of *Oracle HCM
* applications interacting daily with users and developers

·         At least one full life cycle implementation experience of *Oracle
payroll* module

·         3 years of recent experience gathering requirements from clients
and documenting them for handoff to development and implementation

·         3 years of recent experience for regression testing .Net web
applications interfacing with *Oracle HCM* applications as well as testing
to assure requirements are met

·         3 years of recent experience writing complex *SQL queries
*for *Oracle
HCM* applications databases to troubleshoot system issues

·         Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems while
working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines with limited resources
environment.

·         Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and
professionally with any level of business and technical resources.

·         Proficient with Oracle Payroll, Human Resources, Advanced
Benefits, Compensation Workbench, Oracle Time and Labor with the functional
and technical understanding.

·         Experience with ‘hands-on’ payroll implementation and support with
a detail understanding of payroll processes and HR/Benefit implication with
the payroll processes.

·         Ability to deliver end to end solution for support problems and
development works including identifying the issue, setup, programming and
testing.

·         Ability to work effectively with Oracle support to resolve TAR
issue.

·         Team player who can work in a collaborative HCM environment which
integrate with custom .net applications.

·         Ability and willingness to quickly understand the custom
application environments and business processes and integration around the
custom applications with Oracle Human resources to take the ownership.

·         Knowledge of Oracle HCM table structures to support
implementations of Daily HR/Payroll reporting requirements.

·         Experience with lead and develop new Oracle HRMS capabilities
while continuing to support existing configurations.

·         Experience with *Oracle 11.5.10.2*

·         Experience with *Oracle AIM methodology*

·         Excellent communication and time-management skills



*Plus*:

   - Experience working with *TOAD*
   - Experience with *Oracle HCM R12*
   - Implementation experience with international or localized *Oracle
   payroll*



*Responsibilities:*

   - Quickly learn all functions and features of Oracle HCM and assigned
   custom .net applications and associated databases
   - Learn business processes of the user community of assigned applications
   - Track and manage all issues raised on assigned applications
   - Using your SQL skills, solve data related application issues
   - Work with users to understand and recreate system problems
   - Communicate issues effectively to developers, work with them to create
   a solution, verify fixes, perform regression testing, and deploy solutions.
   - Train users on the proper use of assigned systems
   - Own the quality of assigned applications
   - Design, develop and execute test plans
   - Compose user guides and online recorded training modules
   - Meet with clients to understand business processes and gather
   requirements
   - Create clear comprehensive requirement documentation easily understood
   by developers
   - Be a team player working in close cooperation with manager and other
   technical/functional team members
   - Assist other developers/Analyst with their projects as needed
