Title: Sr. Dotnet Developer Location: Bay Area, CA Duration: 6 Months *Mandatory Qualifications: * 1. At least five (5) years application development experience using Microsoft .NET Framework and technologies; 2. At least five (5) years web-based development experience using C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS); 1. At least five (5) years Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) web services development experience using Microsoft .NET and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Services; 2. At least five (5) years experience developing user interfaces using MVC, MV-VM.NET or equivalent design patterns; 3. At least five (5) years experience developing transactional databases using MS SQL Server and manipulating data using MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS); 4. At least five (5) years experience developing MS SQL Server (i.e., version 2005, 2008-R1, and/or version 2008-R2) Reporting Services (SSRS); 5. At least five (5) years development experience with Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) and Microsoft Office integration; 6. Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing web-based, .NET software components within a complex application; 7. Experience monitoring, supporting and maintaining the normal functioning of the web-based, .NET applications in a health care system; 8. Knowledge and experience of the various phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 9. Experience producing requirements document, application architecture, system interfaces, data model, configuration management document, and procedural manuals; and 10. Experience performing application architecture and development services in a lead capacity. *Desirable Qualifications: * 1. Possession of Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) or IT career certification(s) acknowledging area of specialization; 2. Experience designing and developing applications based on the CSLA.NET Framework; 3. Experience developing pharmacy and/or medication administration system(s); 4. Experience developing HL-7 messages for internal or external interfaces; 5. Knowledge and experience with the SharePoint Object Model; 6. Knowledge and experience in design, development, and administration of SharePoint sites using best practices; 7. Experience deploying enterprise technology solutions within a health care and/or correctional environment; 8. Ability to understand business requirements and translate into requirements for solution capabilities; 9. Strong analytical skills to assess current application and infrastructure architecture, and identify improvement opportunities; 10. Knowledge of State IT policy and governance processes; 11. Knowledge of CPHCS and/or CDCR operations; and 12.
