SQL Developer w/ SSIS and SSRS

Must also have .Net

P&C Insurance experience strongly preferred



Location: NYC(Needs In-Person Interview)

Duration: 6 mos plus




Responsibilities:  Provide full life cycle development of tactical solutions
and reports:

§  Develops new applications/reports  from beginning to end

§  Maintains existing applications/reports

§  Innovates data visualization and presentation techniques

§  Creates code that meets system standards

§  Analyzes methods to efficiently address software system requirements

§  Adopt standard SDLC procedures

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Qualifications:

·         Ability to apply technical standards, principles, theories and
techniques

·         Experience with programming languages such as SQLServer

·         Experience with SSRS/SSIS reporting

·         Database systems experience with SQLServer

·         Basic exposure to programming languages .Net(C#), ASP .Net

·         Possesses problem solving capabilities

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·         The ideal candidate must be a self starter and a team player
Understands complex database concepts and effectively employs different
database design techniques ·         Exceptional planning and project
management skills ·         Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely
fashion

·         Ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels

·         Comfortable working in a matrixed environment
