*Location: NJ* *Duration: 6+ Months* * Financial Experience Plus **Job Description:* Looking for a Business Objects developer with Universe/Report development skills and extensive knowledge and skills in the Business Objects Business Intelligence Suite. * **Key Deliverables:* * *• Develop a Business Objects Universe for a portfolio management tool. • Develop Business Objects content (Desktop Intelligence and Web Intelligence) as required. • Develop and publish new reporting solutions according to specifications identified and approved by the IT business. • Escalates critical issues to management and those able to help solve identified problems. • Uses experience, research and analysis to translate business requirements into creative and innovative solutions. * **Required skills:* * * · * **Good prototyping and documentation skills.* · * **Experience with PL/SQL.* · * **Knowledge of relational databases, as well as skills in design and code development.* · * **Performance tuning/analysis/optimization of reports and SQL.* · * **Extensive experience working with Business Objects Business Intelligence suite, preferably version XI3. * · * **Microsoft SQL Server experience preferred.* · * **Extensive experience on Crystal Reporting engine/BOXI SDK.* · * **Crystal Reports/Business Objects Java API experience* · * **Weblogic Portal Development hand on experience* · * **Hibernate hand on experience* · * **Experience in Financial applications preferred* · * **Experience on large scale web applications preferred* · * **Hands on in Unix / Linux environment with Shell scripting* · * **Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team player, with excellent problem solving and communications skills.* · * **Demonstrate the ability to determine priorities.* · * **Be able to design, develop solution for large scale projects and deliver on time.* · * **Be able to manage risk and impact.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
