Duration: 6 Months+ Location: Dayton Ohio Job Description/Must-haves: The qualified candidate will work as a team lead to design, implement, and maintained a variety of web based applications. This individual will play a lead role in the guidance of web based systems. The key responsibilities for this role include: understanding high level business requirements and producing technical specifications, designs and architectures, building high quality .NET product technology according to agreed schedules and priorities, work with other team members effectively and with minimal supervision, mentor and coach less experienced technical team members, work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changeable priorities and requirements. Responsible for implementing software development methodologies and coding standards. Minimum Education/Experience Requirements Position requires nine years experience, five of which must be specialized. Specialized experience includes: experience as an applications programmer on large-scale database management systems, knowledge of computer equipment and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.? A Masters degree will be considered equivalent to one year specialized experience and two years general experience.? A Bachelors degree will be considered equivalent to two years general experience. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services/MOSS 2007 solutions, including: 3+ years experience in SharePoint installation, configuration and maintenance for large clients with large farms. Extensive knowledge of MOSS 2007, including workflow and content management; Strong proficiency in Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0; Extensive experience with Microsoft Office System and its integration with SharePoint; Ability to write detailed documentation (configuration instructions, and models) At least 5+ years of senior architect experience with hands on experience with .Net 3.x, SQL 2005/2008. Must demonstrate ability to work independently or under only general supervision.? Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline is preferred.
